HNS Training Facility is a family owned and operated gym since 2017. What started as a dream soon became a reality.
“I started my fitness journey doing CrossFit but often found myself hitting the local gym to get a good pump. After a few years, I had the idea of combining both functional training and a fully equipped gym with machines and free weights. Fast forward a few years, I partnered with my cousin Jose and HNS Training facility was born! A unique training facility that brought all styles of training under one roof. NO egos, NO drama and NO bad vibes”.
