Each class is 1hr long with a Certified Coach leading you through each part of the workout. Classes consist of a warmup, a strength section (weightlifting) and we finish with a good sweat with our conditioning part.
The class is designed to challenge your fitness level. With a combination of bodybuilding, Olympic lifts and functional training, you’re sure to leave each class feeling accomplished. Our goal is to get you stronger and build your aerobic capacity, all while teaching you proper form and technique.
We work with each person based on their fitness level, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been training for years or if this is your first time. We will make sure to give you the push you need or modify the workout until you’re ready to advance. We’re here to help you reach your greatness!
