The classes are set to a specific capacity to ensure each client will have the best experience. If you are on the waitlist you will be automatically bumped up to class as soon as an availability is made. This happens when someone cancels, or a space is added. Your notified via email or text. Be aware you must be opted into emails, texts for you to receive notification.
We currently do not charge a fee for no shows. In order for us to keep it that way, we ask that you please cancel your class if you cannot make it.
Bring a water bottle, sweat towel and that’s it. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
If you are a new client arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver and get checked in.
If you are a current member arrive 5-10 minutes early. This ensures your checked in, changed and ready to go. You can also use this time to stretch.
Life happens, but we ask that you be respectful to the rest of the class. Arrive quietly and find a spot. The coach will generally guide you, but this is not mandatory and does disrupt the class with information that was already provided. Ask your neighbor whats going on. Read the monitor , look around and grab the equipment you need quietly. Just jump in the class.
We allow no more than 5 minutes to be late. The warm up is crucial to prevent injury and to get the body ready for the workout. If you are going to be later than 5 minutes please book the next class.
We understand things come up and you have to leave early. We ask that you wipe down your equipment and put it up. Let the coach know you have to leave early.
Download the HNS App . In the app under my profile you will find a barcode. You will scan in each visit with the barcode.
Classes will book their spot in the app to reserve the spot . Then check in at the front desk, scan in with barcode.

You must be 16 years or older. If you are under 18 your legal parental guardian must sign you up.
Memberships can be purchased in person, the front desk team can assist you.
We do offer family memberships. The memberships must all be on the same credit card.
The first account is full price then each membership added to that account is $10 off.
We offer discount for Military, Police and Firefighters. Discount is provided with proof only. Discount is valid for the person with the title.
We offer a hassel free cancellation policy. If you have a non-contracted membership, we require a 7 day notice of cancellation prior to payment being drafted via email at info@hnstrainingfacility.com
If you have a contracted membership a $200 cancellation fee will be charged to cancel before the term ends. If you have a contracted membership and would like to cancel before the next 6 months is started, you will need to provide a 7 day notice to cancel prior to the next 6months starting and payment being drafted. No, if we find an item of value. We will leave it at the front desk for 48hrs before discarding or donating.
Yes, we allow filming. We ask that you be aware of your surroundings as this is a public gym. Be courteous to the people around you. Do not get offended if someone ask you not to film them. If HNS finds any misconduct of filming we reserve the right to cancel memberships immediately.
Any online purchase is activated when you check in at the gym. It will expire at the end of the day.
The day pass is not 24 hrs. It is for the day only.
The HNS store is open to the public, you do not have to be a member to purchase any supplements, energy drinks or HNS apparel. All non members are only allowed in the lobby. You must have a membership, or day pass to enter the gym
No animals are allowed in the facility.
Payments are due at time of service. We do not offer a pay later service.
We do not have a daycare onsite. No children are allowed in the gym for safety purposes. No children are allowed to wait in the lobby.
Yes we do. We offer lockers to put your stuff away, just bring a lock. We also have showers, don’t forget your sandals.
