WHY TRAIN HYROX AT HNS?
Not all gyms are built for HYROX.
Our 23,000 sq ft warehouse facility allows us to run true-to-format training sessions with proper equipment flow, sleds, sandbags, skierg, kettle bells and running integration.
All classes are instructor-led by coaches with extensive backgrounds in strength training, conditioning, and movement mechanics. You’ll be coached through technique, pacing strategy, and progression — not left to figure it out on your own.

IS HYROX TRAINING ONLY FOR SERIOUS ATHLETES?
No.
Our HYROX program is designed for all fitness levels.
Workouts are scalable. Loads, volume, and intensity are adjusted based on experience level so beginners and experienced athletes can train side by side.
You do not need to be competing in a race to participate.
You just need to be willing to work.
HYROX is a global fitness race consisting of:
